• If an item is pre-ordered and paid in full, you will be notified when the product is about to arrive and when it ships.

• If an item is pre-ordered and a deposit is paid, then the remaining amount will be billed at the shown date, which is approximately when the product ships.

• In regards to orders with Pre-orders and In Stock items, dispatch will occur when the total of In Stock items exceeds $100 AUD.

• Cancellations for Pre-orders receive a 1 month grace period after starting after the Pre-order deadline has ended. Any orders over this threshold are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the value of the item.
