I ordered a pretty expensive figure a month ago, and as stated at the checkout, it said that shipping would take around 3 days since I live in Sydney. I ordered around black Friday so I knew it would take longer which is fine I can wait. However, after 2 weeks I was a bit concerned about where my order was since it was confirmed but had yet to even ship out. I emailed the company 4 times, Instagram dm'd twice, sent 3 texts on 2 separate numbers, used the website's support chat, and was ignored completely over a month. By looking at other reviews and people calling the place a scam having experienced the same thing I was terrified that I had lost my money on what was supposed to be a Christmas present. The lack of communication was so bad I had no reason not to believe it was a scam. I decided to make a Paypal dispute and within 30 mins I was replied to and told that my billing address was wrong, having placed my city in the wrong textbox so the labeling was wrong. All they had to do was manually fix it and take one look at the shipping address. Instead, they left it for a month and didn't intend to fix it. They sent my order out instantly after that and I was very thankful that it arrived within 3 days after the paypal case. The figure was packaged good and it wasn't a scam and I am very happy with it. It seems this companies issue is to do with having no employees managing the support service at this time of year and so if there is an issue with anything it goes unsolved and doesn't get shipped for ages. I don't like to write negative reviews but they need to fix this as it created a bunch of anxiety and stress for me.
