• If an item is pre-ordered and paid in full, you will be notified when the product is about to arrive and when it ships.

• If an item is pre-ordered and a deposit is paid, then the remaining amount will be billed at the shown date, which is approximately when the product ships.

• If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact staff and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

• In very rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances such as a manufacturer cancellation or stock overallocation, a pre-order may be cancelled and refunded in full.

• The date provided is only a general approximation and external circumstances such as shipping delays and global contexts may impede delivery.

• In regards to orders with Pre-orders and In Stock items, dispatch will occur when the total of In Stock items exceeds $100 AUD.

• Cancellations for Pre-orders receive a 1 month grace period after starting after the Pre-order deadline has ended. Any orders over this threshold are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the value of the item.

• Free shipping across Australia for orders above $100 AUD.
• $12 shipping fee for orders below $100 AUD.
• Direct local delivery within 25 km of Melbourne to be done within a few business days.
• Standard domestic shipping via AusPost, fully tracked.
